In the documentary “Gyrru Drwy Storom” we meet a young mother called Alaw Griffiths. Alaw has battled with post-natal depression after giving birth to both her children. After conquering the condition after the birth of her daughter Lleucu she was devastated to discover the condition had returned following the birth of Morgan, her second child. This is a brave and honest account of one mother’s struggle but Alaw believes that all mental health problems should be talked about in order to lift the associated stigma attached to conditions like hers.
