Cegin Bryn is back for a fifth series with chef Bryn Williams taking his culinary inspiration from the riches of both land and sea. Using recipes from his new Welsh language book, ‘Tir a Môr’, Bryn cooks up some mouth-wateringly delicious dishes both in his kitchen and out and about the Welsh countryside and coastline. Bryn travels around Wales to visit those who use the sea or land to produce beautiful tasty food, he learns how to cook with an underground oven with a Tongan-Welsh family in West Wales, catches and cooks some fantastic sea-bass near Aberdyfi and returns to his local rugby club in Denbigh to create a feast using delicious local lamb.
